Event Operations Coordinator – MENA

About the role

Xsolla is seeking a trustworthy, self‑driven Event Operations Coordinator for its new Dubai Expo hub. You will support the Global Experiential Marketing team, working closely with the Event Operations Manager and senior marketing leaders to manage event organizer relationships and sales logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Event Operations Manager with contract paperwork, pricing documentation and onboarding for event organizers.
• Track venue availability, schedule requirements and maintain organizer account records and budgets.
• Coordinate hotel, travel and on‑site logistics for staff and organizer representatives.
• Support space planning, event set‑up, and on‑site delivery to ensure a positive experience.
• Help drive integrated marketing and social media campaigns, drafting copy and managing creative briefs.
• Log Jira tickets for the creative team and maintain the event roadmap tracker.
• Capture leads, log them with the CRM team, and conduct post‑event follow‑up surveys.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in events, marketing or administrative coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in the video‑games, tech or software industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Dubai/MENA events market and budget tracking across multiple currencies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management tools such as Atlassian Suite, Jira, Asana or Monday.com.
• Advanced use of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
