About the role
The Event Service Expert supports banquet operations by preparing coffee breaks, stations and service carts, ensuring guest dietary needs are met, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the event.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare coffee breaks, carts, stations, tables, buffets and dessert displays according to the Banquet Event Order.
- Communicate dietary requirements, allergies and special requests to the kitchen and ensure they are met.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of service areas, and bus tables by separating and removing used tableware.
- Replenish buffet items to keep presentation fresh and monitor tableware to ensure it is presentable.
- Follow company safety, security and uniform policies, report incidents and support guests, including those with disabilities.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than one year of related banquet or food‑service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
