About the role
DPS is looking for a high‑energy, exceptionally well‑connected person whose primary responsibility is simple: CREATE FOOTFALL. This is NOT a traditional event‑management role.
Key responsibilities
- Bring influential speakers, entrepreneurs, creators and industry leaders to DPS.
- Build partnerships with companies, academies, business groups, communities and associations.
- Create events, workshops, networking sessions and collaborations that attract their own audiences.
- Build relationships with influencers and personalities who can generate real attendance.
- Create recurring reasons for brokers, investors and professionals to visit DPS.
- Develop barter, media and strategic partnerships.
- Maintain a strong calendar of activity throughout the month.
Required profile
- Have a strong network in Dubai and be comfortable approaching senior people, organisations and communities independently.
- Be a relationship builder, opportunity creator and natural networker who can generate real‑world footfall.
