Events Coordinator

About the role

Plan and coordinate private and corporate events from confirmation through execution, acting as the main point of contact for clients. Collaborate with operations, AV, and marketing teams to ensure flawless event delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage confirmed bookings, coordinating menus, room setups, timelines, and special requests.
• Prepare run sheets and brief relevant teams ahead of each event.
• Oversee on‑site setup, manage timelines, and resolve issues during events.
• Maintain client communication before, during, and after events, handling last‑minute changes and gathering feedback.
• Coordinate logistics with operations, kitchen, and AV teams, and work with marketing on event visuals and promotional content.
• Maintain event calendars, checklists, post‑event summaries, and track deposits and billing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of event coordination experience in hospitality or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules.
