Events & Marketing Executive

About the role

The Events & Marketing Executive will support the Events Manager in delivering high‑impact FM events and driving the association’s marketing initiatives. This role blends event planning, stakeholder coordination, and brand promotion to help MEFMA grow its regional presence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Events Manager in planning, coordinating and executing all MEFMA events.
• Communicate and align with internal teams and external partners to ensure event requirements are met.
• Identify, negotiate with and manage vendors, suppliers and partners, securing quotes and overseeing service delivery.
• Manage industry partnerships and barter agreements, ensuring mutual benefits.
• Handle event logistics including venue booking, registration processes, and communications with attendees, speakers, sponsors and partners.
• Develop and implement marketing activities that reinforce MEFMA’s brand and growth objectives.
