Events & Media Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Events & Media Account Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of a variety of events while managing media accounts for our clients in the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver trade shows, conferences, product launches and experiential marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain strong client partnerships and long‑lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with internal events teams to align every aspect of an event with its concept and theme.
• Manage media accounts, devise strategies to boost visibility and reach.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors and suppliers.
• Oversee event budgets, track expenses and report financial performance.
• Create detailed project timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them where appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors and stakeholders to meet expectations.
• Generate leads, identify new business opportunities and deliver sales presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Public Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning and media account management.
• Proven track record of creating successful events and managing media accounts.
• Strong project‑management and organisational abilities, able to handle multiple projects under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
