About the role
The Executive Admin provides comprehensive administrative support at Marriott Al Forsan, ensuring smooth office operations and high‑quality guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, distribute and manage incoming faxes, mail and electronic documents, and maintain office equipment.
- Enter, update and retrieve information in computer databases, handling reservations and guest inquiries.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation and employee coaching.
- Welcome guests, address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities and answer property‑related questions.
- Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with a clear, professional manner.
- Ability to follow company policies, maintain confidentiality and uphold a fair‑treatment/open‑door policy.
- Physical capability to lift or move objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Commitment to teamwork, positive relationships and responsiveness to employee concerns.
