About the role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and discreet Personal Executive Assistant to support a Dubai‑based entrepreneur, CEO and investor. This full‑time, hands‑on position focuses on personal and lifestyle management while also providing selective executive support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments and daily priorities.
- Coordinate personal, family and household logistics.
- Plan end‑to‑end domestic and international travel.
- Handle follow‑ups, bookings, renewals and personal tasks.
- Research options, solve problems and proactively anticipate needs.
- Coordinate with service providers and the corporate executive support team.
Required profile
- Experience supporting a CEO, entrepreneur, investor, family‑office principal or UHNW individual.
- Exceptional organisation, initiative and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication, judgment and absolute discretion.
- Tech‑savvy, adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to support occasional urgent requirements outside standard working hours.
