Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role
The Executive Assistant will partner directly with the Chief Executive Officer, managing a fast‑paced schedule and acting as a trusted liaison across the organization and external stakeholders. This business‑critical role demands exceptional judgement, discretion and the ability to operate at senior government and corporate levels.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s complex, ever‑changing calendar and prioritize time.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders, board members, government entities and strategic partners.
- Prepare briefing packs, agendas, presentations and meeting materials.
- Screen and manage incoming communications, drafting correspondence and escalating as needed.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas and protocol requirements.
- Track follow‑ups, actions and deliverables from meetings.
- Serve as liaison between the CEO’s office and leadership teams across Commercial, Technology, Delivery and Corporate Functions.
- Support confidential projects, strategic initiatives and special assignments while maintaining absolute confidentiality.
Required profile
- Significant experience supporting a CEO, Chairman, Founder or other C‑suite executive in a fast‑paced multinational environment.
- Experience in technology, consulting, investment, government or high‑growth corporate settings preferred.
- Strong executive presence, emotional intelligence and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Outstanding organization, prioritization and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage shifting priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is advantageous.
- Absolute discretion, loyalty and professionalism.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with modern productivity tools.
