Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role

The Executive Assistant will act as the operational right‑hand of the CEO at a fast‑growing Dubai real‑estate brokerage. This role goes beyond traditional administration, requiring hands‑on real‑estate knowledge, advanced reporting skills and the ability to drive cross‑functional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, meetings and daily priorities.
• Prepare briefing notes, presentations, talking points and correspondence for clients, developers and investors.
• Oversee CRM administration, ensuring data hygiene, lead assignment, pipeline reporting and user adoption.
• Own and optimise workflows across sales, finance and client servicing, including commission tracking and DLD fee processing.
• Lead internal reporting using advanced Excel dashboards.
• Support complex real‑estate transactions, developer coordination and DLD processes.
• Handle client escalations, cancellations, refunds and fee waivers.
• Drive LinkedIn and social‑media content, market commentary and thought leadership.
• Manage inbound lead lists, event logistics and lead‑tracking dashboards.
• Run cross‑functional strategic projects and act as the CEO’s proxy in meetings when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in Dubai real‑estate operations or related sectors.
• Self‑starter with strong commercial acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for reporting and dashboard creation.
• CRM expertise – Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Leadrat or equivalent.
