About the role
Our jobs aren’t just about giving guests a smooth check‑in and check‑out. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique. As an Executive Butler you will take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of personalized services throughout the guest’s stay.
- Process operational needs and complete required reports.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and share highlights of the local area.
- Move freely around the property, standing, sitting or walking for extended periods.
- Perform hands‑on tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
- Commitment to safety, confidentiality and professional appearance.
