Executive Butler – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Executive Butler provides world‑class hospitality and personalized support to the Chairwoman, VIP guests and senior executives. This role ensures flawless day‑to‑day operations within the Chairwoman’s office while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver five‑star hospitality service to the Chairwoman, executive leadership and VIP visitors, including preparation and service of beverages and refreshments.
• Set up and maintain presentation‑ready meeting rooms for board meetings, executive sessions and confidential discussions.
• Welcome, escort and coordinate arrival protocols for dignitaries, business partners and international visitors.
• Maintain pantry, dining area and hospitality inventory; liaise with catering vendors for executive lunches and special events.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Housekeeping, Security and Drivers to ensure office readiness and support travel‑related hospitality arrangements.
• Manage inventory of pantry supplies, tableware, linens and hospitality equipment, raising replenishment requests as needed.
• Uphold impeccable grooming, etiquette and cultural sensitivity at all times.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• Butler Certification or Luxury Hospitality certification is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in executive hospitality, VIP guest management or a similar high‑end service role.
• Proven ability to anticipate needs, handle confidential requests and maintain immaculate work environments.
