Executive Chef – Luxury Hotel (Dubai Palm)

About the role

The Executive Chef will lead the culinary vision for nine award‑winning dining venues at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, you will shape menus, drive operational excellence, and ensure every guest experience reflects five‑star luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all dining outlets, maintaining consistency, quality, and five‑star service.
• Develop innovative menus that reflect global trends, authenticity, and the brand’s signature style.
• Manage food cost, labour expenses, and operational efficiencies while preserving luxury standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse culinary brigade, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with front‑of‑house teams to deliver seamless service and respond to guest feedback.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations.
• Partner with Food & Beverage leadership to introduce market‑leading offerings and drive profitability.

Required profile

• Proven senior culinary leadership in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost controls.
• Excellent communication and team‑building skills.
• Ability to inspire creativity and uphold world‑class standards.
