Executive Communications & Reporting Manager

About the role

The Executive Communications & Reporting Manager will lead the creation and delivery of high‑quality executive reports, presentations, dashboards and visual communication materials. This role ensures that complex project and business information is presented clearly, accurately and effectively to senior management and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage executive‑level reports, briefing packs, presentations and dashboards.
• Translate technical, commercial and performance data into concise, visually engaging materials.
• Prepare briefing packs for leadership meetings, steering committees and high‑level stakeholder engagements.
• Establish and maintain standards, templates and visual guidelines for executive communications.
• Coordinate with Project, Commercial, Technical, Risk, HSE and other functions to gather information.
• Validate data for accuracy, consistency and completeness before reporting.
• Create infographics, charts, timelines and other graphical representations.
• Manage periodic reporting cycles and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Support senior leadership with materials for client, board, government and other high‑level meetings.
• Maintain version control and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Marketing, Project Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in executive reporting, corporate communications or presentation development.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex information into clear executive‑level outputs.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
