Executive Director – Asset Management

About the role

The Executive Director – Asset Management leads Miral’s strategic asset management function, ensuring the long‑term value, performance and resilience of a diverse portfolio that includes attractions, hospitality, retail, entertainment venues, cultural and mixed‑use assets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the Group Strategic Asset Management Plan, translating corporate strategy into asset‑level objectives, retention/divestment positions and multi‑year performance targets.
• Set capital allocation logic for the standing portfolio and govern the interface between development, delivery and operations.
• Hold operators, brand partners and joint‑venture partners accountable to agreed commercial and service standards.
• Establish a single, auditable asset‑management framework across the portfolio and lead its integration with Yas Asset Management.
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance metrics such as asset value, yield, net operating income, occupancy and throughput.
• Ensure compliance with Group policies and sustain uninterrupted operational performance.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in asset management, portfolio strategy or related fields.
• Strong understanding of hospitality, entertainment, retail or mixed‑use asset environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work with operators, brand partners and joint‑venture structures.
• Excellent strategic thinking, financial acumen and governance expertise.
