Executive Director – Private Banker (UAE)

About the role

As an Executive Director in J.P. Morgan's Private Banking business, you will lead new client acquisition and retention across the United Arab Emirates. You will combine deep knowledge of investments, banking, trust services and financial planning to deliver a complete wealth‑management solution and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, acquire and retain high‑net‑worth clients throughout the UAE, driving sales of investment, banking and trust/estate products.
• Coordinate specialist advisors (Investor, Capital, Trust & Estate, Wealth) to provide interdisciplinary expertise for complex client needs.
• Maintain comprehensive client profiles, ensuring compliance with J.P. Morgan risk‑management policies and proper account servicing.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships, aligning proposed solutions with clients’ goals, objectives and risk tolerance.
• Adapt to a rapidly changing regulatory and technological environment while meeting business targets.

Required profile

• Significant private‑banking experience serving UHNW individuals and families in the UAE market.
• Proven business‑development track record with strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong relationship‑management and team‑building capabilities.
• Emirati male nationals must have completed or be exempt from mandatory military service.
