Executive Manager – Business Banking

About the role

Join ADCB as an Executive Manager in Business Banking, leading revenue generation and portfolio growth for SME clients in the UAE. You will drive digital innovation, manage a high‑performing team, and ensure compliance with banking policies.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute sales strategies to diversify revenue streams, expand assets/liabilities, and meet sales targets.
• Manage portfolio growth by researching client needs, sourcing new solutions, and increasing transaction volumes.
• Maintain management information systems (MIS) and provide reporting to improve profitability.
• Oversee front‑end team training, ensure policy compliance, and streamline acquisition processes for new clients.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and adjust plans to achieve growth targets.
• Lead and develop the team, set objectives, manage performance, and foster engagement.
• Recommend and implement improvements to departmental policies, procedures, and processes.
• Identify and contribute to organisational change initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of SME banking experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of transaction banking products and SME sector dynamics in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or Law.
