Senior Specialist - P2P & Contract Management

About the role

The Senior Specialist will lead supply management controls and compliance across the end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) process for Dubai Airports. You will ensure data integrity, manage risk assessments, and guarantee that contract negotiations align with UAE and Dubai government regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee supply management controls, risks, and compliance throughout the S2P cycle.
• Maintain purchasing data integrity and purchase order compliance through regular sampling and accuracy monitoring.
• Manage and execute the Controls, Assurance and Risk Assessment (CARM) cycle, designing and testing procurement controls.
• Coordinate with the Risk & Assurance Team to implement initiatives, review audit findings, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Establish controls to ensure contract negotiations comply with UAE and Dubai Government laws and Dubai Airports policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 0.5–3 years of experience in procurement.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle, and familiarity with Tejari.
• Professional procurement qualification such as CIPS.
