Executive Manager - Structured Credit Investments

About the role

As an Executive Manager in Structured Credit Investments, you will lead the sourcing, analysis, and lifecycle management of complex credit products such as ABS, MBS and CLOs. You will work within ADCB’s Treasury & Investments Group to diversify the portfolio and deliver sustainable risk‑adjusted returns.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the structured credit investment strategy by executing approved mandates and collaborating with Management, Risk and Finance functions.
• Monitor market trends, macro‑economic indicators and regulatory developments to shape investment positioning.
• Translate desk strategy into operational business plans, track performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Source, screen and analyse structured credit opportunities, ensuring alignment with risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Assess transaction structures, collateral quality, cash‑flow mechanics and counter‑party strength for investment decisions.
• Contribute to portfolio construction and develop risk‑monitoring tools for performance, credit quality and concentration tracking.
• Prepare regular portfolio reports and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank guidelines and other supervisory requirements.
