Executive Manager - Structured Credit Investments

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation of the structured credit investment strategy through disciplined execution of approved mandates, working closely with Management, Risk and Finance functions.
• Monitor market trends, macroeconomic indicators and regulatory developments impacting structured credit markets to inform investment positioning and opportunity assessment.
• Source, screen and analyse structured credit investment opportunities, including Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLOs), ensuring alignment with the Bank’s strategic objectives and risk appetite.
• Assess transaction structures, collateral quality, cash‑flow mechanics and counterparty strength to support investment decisions.
• Develop portfolio construction and risk‑monitoring tools, prepare regular reports for senior management and recommend portfolio rebalancing to enhance risk‑adjusted returns.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank guidelines and work with Risk, Compliance and Legal to maintain documentation, controls and audit readiness.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of experience in structured credit markets as an arranger or investor, with exposure to ABS, MBS and bespoke securitisation transactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline.
• CFA, FRM or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
