Executive Operations Manager

About the role

The Executive Operations Manager will act as the CEO’s strategic partner, overseeing critical business operations across all functions of MidChains. This newly created position offers a fast‑track path to senior leadership, including a future Chief of Staff role. You will work on high‑impact projects that shape the firm’s growth in the institutional crypto space.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, meeting coordination, and high‑level communications with the Board and senior team.
• Lead cross‑functional strategic initiatives, including new product launches, market expansion, and regulatory submissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with UAE regulators such as VARA and the Central Bank of UAE, handling compliance communications and documentation.
• Oversee HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
• Direct office administration, facilities management, vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance of the workplace.
• Coordinate board meeting preparation, investor relations support, and strategic planning processes.

Required profile

• 4‑6+ years of experience as a management consultant or in a similar role within financial services, fintech, or institutional environments.
• Proven ability to manage executive stakeholder coordination and deliver high‑quality executive support in fast‑paced settings.
• Experience working in the UAE, with knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and business culture.
• Strong communication skills, capable of interacting confidently with C‑level executives, board members, and regulatory authorities.
