Executive Search Lead

About the role

The Executive Search Lead drives AESG's executive search across the UAE and other regions, identifying and securing senior leadership talent to support strategic growth. The role also supports succession planning and acts as stand‑in for the Head of Talent Acquisition when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end executive search mandates, delivering senior appointments on time and to high quality standards.
• Partner with business leaders on succession planning, mapping critical roles and credible successors.
• Research, approach and engage passive senior candidates, building a strong leadership talent network.
• Coordinate search activities between the UAE and other regions, aligning requirements, timelines and communication.
• Provide market mapping, talent benchmarking and data‑driven insights to inform search decisions.
• Manage relationships with hiring managers, regional teams and external recruitment partners.
• Maintain recruiting software (ATS/CRM), report metrics and drive process improvements.
• Support offer negotiation and onboarding for senior hires.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or executive search supporting large organisations.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple mandates and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
