About the role

The Executive – Social Media Marketing will lead the management of all social media channels and campaigns, ensuring an engaging audience experience and driving increased engagement and satisfaction. This role collaborates across departments to amplify the brand’s presence and aligns content with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the group’s brand social media accounts and oversee online reputation.
• Create timely, platform‑optimized content that resonates with target audiences.
• Monitor social platforms for customer service opportunities and initiate brand conversations.
• Research and analyze social media trends, ad revenue, and visitor data to improve campaign efficacy.
• Coordinate messaging with advertising, brand managers, and seasonal company objectives.
• Audit and analyze social media presence, including digital advertising costs and returns.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools, reporting monthly on successes and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and other teams to align social media timelines with launches and campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activity in social spaces and produce analytical reports.
