Exhibition Sales Manager – Dermatology & Aesthetic Medicine

About the role

The Exhibition Sales Manager will drive commercial growth for a dermatology and aesthetic medicine event by securing sponsorships, exhibition sales, and strategic partnerships. You will act as the primary liaison between partners and the organizing team, ensuring alignment with the event’s positioning and long-term market objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and engage potential sponsors, exhibitors, and industry partners across dermatology, aesthetic medicine, and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, tailoring sponsorship and exhibition packages to meet marketing and branding goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and conference teams to create proposals, sales decks, and post‑event reports.
• Manage the sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasting, reporting, and revenue tracking.
• Participate in industry networking events and monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Work with leadership to achieve and exceed revenue targets and contribute to strategic growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or healthcare event industry.
• Proven ability to build long‑term client partnerships and close deals with senior stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proactive, results‑driven, and comfortable in a target‑driven environment managing multiple accounts.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using CRM tools.
