Expeditor – Supply Chain & Procurement

About the role

The Expeditor supports project delivery by managing the flow of materials and equipment through the supply chain. Working under moderate guidance, the role analyses straightforward expediting issues and applies standard procedures to keep projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Execute expediting frequency for purchase orders based on assigned expediting level.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal functions to track status of goods and materials.
• Produce weekly expediting reports and update the company system with accurate progress information.
• Identify and resolve delivery issues, including engineering drawing delays, fabrication problems, and sub‑supplier performance gaps.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, engineering, fabrication and construction teams to ensure timely material deliveries.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline, or equivalent experience with 3‑6 years of expediting experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of expediting processes for supplier documentation, piping, electrical, instrumentation and mechanical equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with procurement and non‑procurement personnel.
