Experience Center Manager – Kitchens & Wardrobes

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Experience Center Manager to lead our Kitchen & Wardrobe showroom in Dubai. The role combines design consultancy, project coordination and sales, ensuring a seamless journey from client brief to final hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients, capture requirements and provide professional design consultations.
• Create kitchen and wardrobe layouts, 3D designs and presentation materials.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Coordinate with production, factory, procurement, installation and accounts teams to guarantee smooth project execution.
• Monitor projects from order confirmation through installation, hand‑over and payment collection.
• Maintain the experience centre, keeping displays current and professionally presented.
• Generate leads through walk‑ins, referrals, social media, architects, consultants and networking.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, architects, contractors and developers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in kitchens, wardrobes, customized furniture or interior fit‑out.
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience with kitchen design software, 3D rendering and visualization tools.
• Deep knowledge of kitchen hardware, storage solutions, accessories, materials, finishes and worktops.
• Proven ability to understand client needs, develop functional designs, prepare proposals, negotiate and close sales.
• Experience coordinating with factory, production, installation and finance teams.
• Excellent communication, customer service and business development skills.
