Experience Coordinator – Luxury Lifestyle Management

About the role

Elevate&CO is seeking motivated Experience Coordinators to join its Abu Dhabi team. In this role you will support ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients by delivering seamless travel, hospitality and lifestyle services that reflect the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Understand luxury hospitality brands, vendors and UHNW client expectations to anticipate needs.
• Confirm complex hotel bookings, arrange private estate stays, manage group visits and craft detailed travel itineraries.
• Source luxury items, coordinate VIP services and oversee end‑to‑end lifestyle management.
• Liaise with management teams at luxury hotels, resorts and service providers worldwide to ensure personalized experiences.
• Communicate professionally with clients and vendors, schedule meetings, document preferences and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with Experience and Operations Managers to align service delivery with client requests.
• Maintain and update the client database with preferences and service histories.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, delivering precise execution under high‑pressure conditions.
• Develop client proposals and presentations that reflect individual preferences.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in luxury lifestyle, hospitality, or project management; travel background preferred.
• Strong understanding of global travel markets and UHNW client needs.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Sound judgment, ethical decision‑making and proactive problem‑resolution abilities.
• Outstanding multitasking, attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised.
• Composure under pressure, managing requests across multiple time‑zones.
• Strict confidentiality and a polished, professional demeanor at all times.
