Experienced Carpenter – Al Ain Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced carpenter to join our construction team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. You will work on a variety of bridge, steel structure and marine engineering projects, delivering high‑quality wooden components and finishes.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine materials and installation methods.
• Measure, cut, shape and assemble wood for frames, doors, windows, staircases, cabinets and other structures.
• Install trim, molding, hardware and other wooden elements in buildings and infrastructure.
• Prepare and install formworks for concrete pouring.
• Conduct repairs on existing wooden structures and fixtures as required.
• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools and woodworking machinery.
• Assess workmanship and material quality to ensure compliance with project specifications and local codes.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of carpentry experience on construction projects.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in demanding environments.
• Team‑oriented attitude and customer‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
