Expert - Operations Performance

About the role

The Operations Performance Expert will lead the planning, execution and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and meet defined performance indicators. This role works closely with stakeholders, suppliers and customers to align project scope, deliverables and timelines while maintaining compliance with organisational policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop logical‑framework based project plans and maintain a master schedule tracking deliverables, metrics and challenges.
• Prepare regular reports to monitor project progress, key performance indicators and audit compliance.
• Review project scopes, advise on deliverables and timelines, and resolve issues raised by stakeholders.
• Perform metrics reporting and data analysis to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, signed off and properly archived.
• Participate in health, safety and environment (HSE) reporting, including hazard identification and incident observation.
• Represent the business unit in multi‑division projects and act as a key player on assigned initiatives.
• Interact with equipment and infrastructure service suppliers to secure timely delivery.
• Engage with customers and their representatives to support project development strategies and execution plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Project Management certification highly desired.
