Expert Plant Manager (Remote, Freelance)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to engage experienced plant managers who will train a cutting‑edge language model on professional documentation, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks. The role is fully remote, flexible, and paid at $90 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated production capacity models, bill of materials packages, and equipment maintenance schedules.
• Develop root‑cause failure analysis reports, quality‑control inspection checklists, and supplier qualification packages for regulated manufacturing environments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations management with direct ownership of production capacity planning, bill of materials, or quality‑control processes.
• Proven ability to produce expert‑level documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
