EYFS Teacher – Early Years (Start Jan 2027)

About the role

Aldar Academies is looking for an outstanding Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join Mamoura British Academy in Abu Dhabi, starting in January 2027. The school follows the British curriculum and aims to provide high‑quality learning experiences within a state‑of‑the‑art campus. The successful candidate will work closely with the school community and uphold the academy’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons across the Primary English National Curriculum, adapting to the full ability range and supporting EAL or additional learning needs.
• Organise classroom resources, displays and technology to create an engaging learning environment and follow the school’s marking and feedback policy.
• Assess pupil progress using Learning Ladders, provide regular feedback to parents and contribute to data‑driven improvement.
• Manage behaviour in line with the academy’s policy, promote the TRACK values and record any safeguarding concerns in CPOMS.
• Participate in wider school duties such as curriculum action groups, extracurricular activities and school events.
