EYFS Teacher for British Curriculum School

About the role

Aldar Academies are seeking an outstanding EYFS Teacher for Mamoura British Academy, a British‑curriculum school in the heart of Abu Dhabi. The role starts in January 2027 and involves delivering the Primary English National Curriculum to a diverse early‑years cohort.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons across the whole ability range, ensuring engaging and imaginative presentation.
• Assess and record pupil development using Learning Ladders and provide regular feedback to parents.
• Support EAL learners and students with additional learning needs through targeted interventions.
• Collaborate with speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and educational psychologists as required.
• Maintain classroom organisation, learning resources and displays that promote a positive learning environment.
• Manage behaviour in line with the school’s policy and uphold the TRACK values.
• Contribute to school‑wide CPD, share best practice and demonstrate effective use of technology in lessons.
