EYFS Teacher – Term 2 (AY26/27)

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an outstanding Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher for Term 2 of the academic year 2026/27. The role involves delivering the English National Curriculum to a diverse student body in Dubai, supporting high standards of achievement and contributing to the school’s vibrant community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement department policies, schemes of work and curriculum plans that align with the school’s vision and the English National Curriculum.
• Use data to identify under‑achieving students and create targeted action plans, including support for SEN, G&T, and EAL learners.
• Monitor and evaluate teaching quality, set expectations for staff, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage departmental resources, budgets and staff performance in line with school policies.
• Contribute to the school’s CAS programme and organise after‑school booster or revision sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject with a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum three years of teaching experience, preferably with the UK curriculum.
• Demonstrated ability to raise standards, use data effectively and support diverse learners.
• Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
