About the role
Safa Community School, an award‑winning all‑through UK curriculum school in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic EYFS/KS1 Arabic Teacher for the new academic year. You will join a supportive primary department that values student well‑being, academic progress and a vibrant community spirit.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess Arabic lessons for EYFS and KS1 pupils, using data to inform teaching and timely interventions.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, produce reports and communicate regularly with parents.
- Participate in team meetings, departmental policy development and curriculum innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate with support teachers, manage classroom discipline and contribute to school‑wide events such as Parents Evenings.
Required profile
- Relevant teaching qualification (BEd, BA with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent) and QTS.
- Proven experience teaching EYFS/KS1 within a British curriculum setting.
- Strong understanding of assessment and examination requirements.
- Enthusiastic, collaborative and committed to ongoing professional development.
