Facade Project Manager

About the role

The Facade Project Manager will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of doors, windows and façade projects across the UAE, overseeing schedules, quality, costs, HSE and team management while coordinating with developers, contractors, consultants and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from contract handover, shop drawing development, procurement, production, transportation, on‑site installation to final inspection, handover and defect liability.
• Develop and manage master construction programmes, monthly schedules and weekly work plans, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals and method statements; manage MIRs, WIRs, RFIs, NCRs and snag list closure.
• Take overall responsibility for on‑site HSE management and ensure compliance with UAE municipal regulations and client‑specific safety requirements.
• Verify quantities, manage progress payment claims, variation and change orders, and work with the commercial team on final account settlements.
• Liaise with main contractors, consultants, clients and suppliers to resolve technical conflicts and coordinate schedules.
• Coordinate final inspections, defect rectification and formal handover, ensuring all documentation meets client and municipal requirements.
• Provide regular reports on progress, costs, quality and risks, and develop mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management or related field; DM or DMT registration preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of full‑time project management experience in the doors, windows and façade industry, with at least 3 years on‑site in the UAE or GCC.
• Proven delivery of multiple façade systems in high‑rise residential, commercial or super‑high‑rise projects.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contract conditions, variation negotiations and claims management.
