About the role
The Facilities Engineer will oversee daily operations and maintenance of Arman Building Maintenance's facilities, ensuring safe and comfortable environments for clients and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance staff to respond efficiently to facility requests.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
- Prepare and manage facility budgets and maintain accurate records.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and leadership abilities.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.
