Facade Project Manager

About the role

The Facade Project Manager will be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of doors, windows and façade projects across the UAE, from contract hand‑over through to final hand‑over and defects liability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle including shop‑drawing development, material procurement, factory production, cross‑border transport, on‑site installation, final inspection and hand‑over.
• Develop and manage master construction programmes, monthly schedules and weekly work plans, monitoring progress and applying corrective actions.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and manage MIRs, WIRs, RFIs, NCRs and snag‑list closure.
• Take overall responsibility for on‑site HSE management and ensure compliance with UAE municipal regulations and client‑specific safety requirements.
• Verify quantities, lead variation and change order negotiations, and work with the commercial team to settle final accounts.
• Liaise with main contractors, consultants, clients and suppliers to resolve technical conflicts and coordinate schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline; UAE municipal registration preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of full‑time project management experience in doors, windows and façade industry, with at least 3 years on‑site in UAE or GCC.
• Proven delivery of unitised and stick curtain‑wall systems, aluminium cladding, aluminium alloy windows/doors and GRC façades.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contract conditions and experience in variation negotiations and claims management.
