Facilities Inspector – UAE National (Facilities Management)

About the role

We are seeking a UAE National Facilities Inspector to join the Facilities Management team of TECOM Group, part of Dubai Holding Asset Management. The role involves regular on‑site inspections of TECOM’s business districts to ensure that service providers meet contractual standards and organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and conduct inspections of facilities covering cleaning, building fabrics and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare detailed reports on non‑compliance, escalate deviations and track corrective actions to closure.
• Verify adherence to policies, regulations and procedures across all sites.
• Respond to inspection requests from department heads or contractors and observe testing activities.
• Assess damage and asset condition after events or adverse weather.
• Develop systematic inspection plans to ensure comprehensive coverage of all TECOM properties.

Required profile

• UAE National with at least 5 years (60 months) of experience in facilities inspection or related FM roles.
• Strong knowledge of FM standards, health & safety regulations and preventive maintenance processes.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills to interact with stakeholders and contractors.
