About the role
Assist technicians and supervisors in preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance of building services such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil and fire & life safety systems. The role supports material handling, housekeeping and ensures safe execution of work within facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Carry tools, materials, equipment and spare parts to work locations.
- Assist technicians during maintenance and repair activities.
- Support cleaning, housekeeping and preparation of work areas.
- Help load, unload and move materials.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks under supervision while following safety procedures and using PPE.
Required profile
- High school education or equivalent.
- 1–2 years experience in facilities maintenance, construction or a related field.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety requirements.
Required skills
- Basic maintenance activities.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Manual handling of tools and materials.
