About the role

Assist technicians and supervisors in preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance of building services such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil and fire & life safety systems. The role supports material handling, housekeeping and ensures safe execution of work within facilities.

Key responsibilities

Carry tools, materials, equipment and spare parts to work locations.
Assist technicians during maintenance and repair activities.
Support cleaning, housekeeping and preparation of work areas.
Help load, unload and move materials.
Perform basic maintenance tasks under supervision while following safety procedures and using PPE.

Required profile

High school education or equivalent.
1–2 years experience in facilities maintenance, construction or a related field.
Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
Basic understanding of workplace safety requirements.

Required skills

Basic maintenance activities.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Manual handling of tools and materials.
