Facilities Protection Security Coordinator

About the role

Join the Group Security team at Emirates Group and support the Facilities Protection unit in maintaining high security standards across the organisation. You will ensure compliance with security policies, the Airline Security Program and the Security Management System while handling operational issues, investigations and fraud prevention.

Key responsibilities

• Provide generic support to security operations, including statistics, logistics, roster patterns and administration.
• Maintain documents, manuals and records for audit purposes and contribute to SOP and contract reviews.
• Assist the controller with daily security requirements such as parking, VIP visitors and incident handling.
• Prepare and maintain ticket and credit‑card fraud databases, issue fraud alerts and coordinate investigations.
• Undertake less complex investigations, gather evidence and produce reports with recommendations.
• Record, analyse and report data to support administration, customer complaints and compliments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in aviation security or a similar function.
• Experience in supervision, root‑cause analysis and risk assessment is advantageous.
• Ability to write comprehensive reports and strong computer literacy.
• Experience in fraud prevention/investigation and operations risk assessment is a plus.

Required skills

• Computer literacy (MS Office or equivalent)
