Facilities & Services Officer (NEBOSH Qualified)

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a passionate Facilities & Services Officer with NEBOSH qualification to manage school facilities, accommodation and general services, ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repairs and external service providers to ensure facilities meet safety and quality standards.
• Manage staff accommodation allocation, contracts and compliance with housing policies.
• Control purchasing, contracting and budgeting for facilities and services.
• Ensure security, cleaning, waste management and other central services are effectively planned and resourced.
• Lead and develop the facilities team, ensuring professional growth and high performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and a Facilities Management or NEBOSH certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in health & safety, preferably in education or hospitality.
• Experience with company accommodation management is preferred.
