Facility Manager

About the role

The Facility Manager will lead the facilities and operations portfolio for Enova, ensuring optimal performance of buildings, utilities, and services while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role combines strategic planning, budget oversight, and hands‑on management of technical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Facilities Management strategy in line with corporate objectives.
• Lead the Facilities and Operations team, set objectives, manage performance, and provide coaching.
• Prepare and monitor the business unit budget, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and report financial performance.
• Oversee supplier contracts, negotiate SLAs, and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality and cost‑effectiveness.
• Advise customers on side‑specific budgets, CAPEX decisions, and asset lifecycle options.
• Manage key utilities such as district cooling, water treatment, power distribution, and HV/LV substations.
• Ensure compliance with SCADA and BMS standards and monitor service delivery metrics.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing large‑scale utility systems and building services.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong financial acumen for budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management, both internal and external.
