About the role
GMG is seeking motivated individuals to join its Dubai factory as Factory Butcher Production Helpers and Hygiene Helpers. The role involves supporting meat processing operations and maintaining a clean, safe work environment in line with food safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to production, quality, and food‑safety specifications.
- Operate and clean production equipment safely, adhering to hygiene and health‑and‑safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels, minimise waste and help meet daily production targets.
- Load, unload and feed materials into production lines.
- Remove damaged products and dispose of waste following company procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, restrooms and common areas.
- Restock hygiene supplies and report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
