Faculty Position in Business Analytics

About the role

The role involves delivering effective instruction in Business Analytics to second‑language learners within a student‑centric environment. The faculty member will also engage in academic and extracurricular activities that respect the cultural diversity of the student body.

Key responsibilities

• Design and teach Business Analytics courses using practical, applied approaches aligned with syllabus and program goals.
• Develop and manage assessments, provide continuous feedback, and monitor student progress.
• Advise and mentor students, including support for internships and at‑risk action plans.
• Conduct applied research relevant to the division’s interests and national innovation agenda.
• Participate in faculty, program, and system‑wide committees and serve as a sponsor for student groups.
• Maintain teaching facilities, prepare electronic course assessment files, and contribute to curriculum revision and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline, or a Master’s degree with professional certification and at least five years of combined teaching and industry experience; a Bachelor’s degree may be considered with extensive industry experience.
• Minimum of three years of teaching experience in the relevant discipline.
• At least three years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
• Experience in developing curricula that meet accreditation and international standards and integrating educational technology into instruction.
