About the role

A reputable, JCI‑accredited multispecialty hospital in Dubai is expanding its primary care services. The role offers a qualified Family Medicine Physician the chance to deliver comprehensive, patient‑centred care in a modern outpatient setting, supported by integrated diagnostics and specialist referral pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary healthcare to patients of all ages, ensuring continuity and long‑term management.
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, examinations and diagnostic evaluations for acute and chronic conditions.
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular, respiratory and metabolic disorders following evidence‑based guidelines.
• Deliver preventive services, health screenings, immunisations and lifestyle counselling.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor outcomes and coordinate specialist referrals.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and comply with regulatory standards.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or specialist qualification in Family Medicine (e.g., ABFM, UK CCT, Arab Board, etc.).
• Minimum 3 years of post‑qualification experience in primary care or family medicine.
• Eligibility for DHA/DOH/MOH licensing in the UAE.
• Strong commitment to preventive medicine and chronic disease management.

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
