Fan Experience & Digital Content Manager

About the role

Al Jazira Sports & Cultural Club is seeking a creative Fan Experience & Digital Content Manager to shape and deliver an integrated fan engagement ecosystem. You will drive match attendance, expand the fanbase, and enhance the club’s digital presence while creating memorable matchday and community experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the club’s fan engagement and experience strategy.
• Plan and manage multilingual digital content and social media activities.
• Develop player‑led and match promotional content.
• Design and execute digital marketing campaigns and influencer collaborations.
• Enhance matchday fan zones, services and sponsor activations.
• Drive community initiatives with schools, academies and other partners.
• Maintain content and events calendars, track KPIs and campaign performance.
• Support UAE Pro League campaigns, initiatives and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Sports Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fan engagement, digital marketing, sports marketing or events.
• Strong proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
