Fashion Consultant – Part‑Time/Full‑Time (Emiratisation)

About the role

As a Fashion Consultant for Chalhoub Group in Abu Dhabi, you will represent a portfolio of luxury fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands. The role blends sales, customer experience and data‑driven insights to deliver exceptional service to our guests, while supporting the Group’s Emiratisation objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while delivering a premium guest experience.
• Collect and analyse data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers to inform business reviews.
• Drive client relationships through an omni‑channel approach and provide pre‑buying product feedback.
• Promote the loyalty programme (MUSE) and stay up‑to‑date with app offerings.
• Ensure visual‑merchandising (VM) guidelines and standard operating procedures are followed.
• Manage click‑and‑collect orders within agreed service‑level agreements.
• Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements.
• Support in‑store marketing events, activations and CX initiatives.
• Monitor brand social‑media activities and campaigns to inform store execution.
• Contribute input on what is working well and areas for improvement.

Required profile

• Emirati nationality (Emiratisation) preferred.
