Fashion Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Fashion Designer to develop innovative, stylish, and commercially viable collections. You will translate market trends and brand identity into compelling design concepts from sketch to final product.

Key responsibilities

• Research current fashion trends, consumer preferences, fabrics, colors, silhouettes and emerging styles.
• Create mood boards, color palettes, fashion illustrations, technical drawings and detailed design specifications.
• Select fabrics and materials, develop patterns and garment constructions.
• Collaborate with product development, merchandising, sourcing and production teams to ensure designs are practical and production‑ready.
• Review samples, provide feedback, make adjustments and ensure final products meet quality and aesthetic standards.
• Maintain design documentation, organise collections, prepare presentations and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design or a related field.
• Strong understanding of fashion design principles, garment construction, textiles, colors, patterns and silhouettes.
• Excellent visual, conceptual and creative abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, able to meet deadlines and manage several projects at once.
