About the role
Millennium Hotels and Resorts is hiring a Food and Beverage (F&B) Associate in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures exceptional guest experiences through efficient and friendly food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving meals and keeping the dining area clean and organised.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests professionally and take orders, answering questions and recommending menu items
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure food and drinks arrive accurately and on time
- Serve meals and drinks according to presentation standards
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean dining area, set up tables and clear dishes
- Collaborate with the kitchen and F&B team for smooth service coordination
- Upsell menu items and promote special promotions
- Process customer payments and handle cash accurately
- Follow hygiene and safety guidelines, assist with restocking and uphold environmental, health and safety standards
